Connect CamCrewz to your AI assistant and talk to it the way you'd talk to a studio manager. It works through CamCrewz's own rules for who qualifies, what each person costs and when offers move on, so the answers are your studio's, not guesses.

You stay in charge
- It asks before anything reaches a person. Sending an offer, inviting a videographer, approving someone, posting in a crew chat or changing what a booking owes comes back to you first as a preview of what will happen and who's told.
- It never signs. Signing and countersigning contracts, changing your contract wording and inviting admins stay with people. It gives you the link.
- One studio per connection. You choose the studio when you connect, and it can never see another.
- Private details stay private. It doesn't get your videographers' phone numbers, home addresses, birthdays or documents.
- You can see everything it did. Every action is listed on the Assistants page, where any admin can disconnect it.
Connect an assistant
For studio admins. You'll need this address:

- Claude (on the web or the desktop app): in Settings, open Connectors and add a custom connector with the address.
- ChatGPT: in Settings, turn on developer mode, then add a connector (ChatGPT calls them apps) with the address.
- Claude Code: run
claude mcp add --transport http camcrewz https://www.camcrewz.com/mcp, then sign in from/mcp.
Then sign in to CamCrewz, choose your studio and click Allow. Untick "Make changes" to let it only read.
Assistants that can't sign in themselves can use a personal token, made on the Assistants page in CamCrewz.

Which assistants work with CamCrewz?
Any assistant that connects to MCP servers with OAuth, including Claude (on the web, the desktop app and Claude Code) and ChatGPT. Assistants that can't sign in themselves can use a personal token from the Assistants page.
Who can connect one?
Studio admins, for now. When you connect, you choose the studio, and the connection only ever works in that one.
Can it send offers or message my crew without asking?
No. Anything that reaches a person or changes money, like sending an offer, inviting someone or posting in a crew chat, comes back to you first as a preview of what will happen and who's told. It only goes ahead once you say yes.
Can it sign contracts?
No. Signing and countersigning contracts, changing your contract wording and inviting admins stay with people. Your assistant gives you a link to do them in CamCrewz.
Can I let it only read?
Yes. When you connect, untick "Make changes" and it can look but not change anything.
What does it see about my videographers?
What your admins see on the roster, like roles, rates, ratings and your notes, but not their phone numbers, home addresses, birthdays, emergency contacts or documents.
How do I see what it did, or disconnect it?
Everything an assistant does is listed on the Assistants page in CamCrewz, where any admin can disconnect it.
